myLot Discussions on karaoke party machine| When having karaoke party, do you sing or just listen and cheer? | | I love music and there are times when I enjoy having karaoke with my friends.I like the thought of it but I usually find myself more as the listener and the cheerer.I like it that way as I enjoy listening to my friends hitting the right pitch and melody of the song and cheer for them.I feel that I enjoy it more than me actually singing. How about in your case?Do you prefer being the singer or the active listener? Care to respond friends.Enjoy everyone!
| | Karaoke party, do you like to sing? | | On weekend my friends and I would like to have a dinner at first, then we go to Karaoke. I like music and can sing some songs. However my frind is very very like to sing song in KTV. Most of time I had to wait for my song and I select songs for them. They don't feel tired, and even still can sing after midnight. If i drink some beer I can continue to sing. How about you? Do you like to sing in KTV. | |
| | Do you ever make a surprise for your friend's birthday? | | I did it a few days ago. One day before her birthday, I pretend to be mad of her for something she had done. She tried to apologize, but i didn't response her. I'm sure she was so sad that day.
But on her birthday, with some friends I prepared a karaoke party for her. When she knew it she cried happily. She was happy not just because I remember her birthday, but also because I was never really mad of her.
I'm happy for her birthday. But what make me really happy is that our friendship is getting stronger.
Do you ever do and feel the same thing like I did?
| | Best Karaoke Experience | | Have you had a good karaoke experience? Or maybe a bad karaoke experience that was funny or good in hindsight? Any funny stories? The best karaoke experience I've had was a karaoke party sponsored by the fencing club at my college (of which I am a part) and one of the funniest members of the club went up and sand "It's Raining Men" (This was a GUY mind you!) Have you never done karaoke, but wish you had? | |
| | the mirror has two faces | | The cigarette's smoke almost occupy the whole area. About thirty plus cigarette butts are filling up this detailed and cleared ashtray. The desk is dirty- full of ashes and coffee spill. But luckily, none of the little roaches has the guts to run over the desk to taste the coffee spill. Coffee, it is cold but the good tastestays. It's already and axactly one o'clock in the morning and I am still having this blockage. I can't sleep and I can't even think of something to do. The songs, on my fave radio station, kill the silence and help me alot. I love the atmosphere today. All alone. People are sleeping. No one is singing- I mean none of the neighbors are having a "KARAOKE PARTY." People are probably dreaming. I hope they are dreaming about good things. I wonder how are the people, those people I know. I don't know how will i start my story. I can't think of how will I introduce this person, who i know above all else. Anonymous, that's the name of that person. she's a she. Honestly, I am not concern about her at all. But I only know one thing about her- she's the loneliest and saddest person I've ever known. Anonymous is the girl that I thought of having a happy-go-lucky life. I... | |
